PIPA provides reliable, Australia-wide delivery for all cigarettes, tobacco, and smoking accessory orders. Our shipping process is designed for speed, accuracy, and customer protection, ensuring every parcel arrives safely and discreetly.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers, and we do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders with successful payment via Bank Transfer or PayID are verified and processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this cut-off are shipped the next business day.

A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Aussie Smokes delivers nationwide through trusted carriers, including Australia Post and other reliable courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days.
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote locations: Additional time may be required depending on local courier routes.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to delays from external couriers. Tracking information will always show the most up-to-date status provided by our delivery partners.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your item using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, Australia Post may redirect your parcel to your local Post Office for collection.

Discreet Packaging

Every parcel is shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging. No labels, branding, or product descriptions are displayed on the outside.

This ensures privacy whether your order is delivered to home, work, or a parcel locker.

Packaging Standards

We use secure, protective materials to ensure safe transit:

  • Padded mailers with internal cushioning for small orders
  • Sturdy cardboard boxes and protective fillers for larger orders
  • All parcels are sealed with heavy-duty packaging tape

Our packaging is resistant to impact, moisture, and tampering.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Parcels

PIPA is not responsible for:

  • Stolen parcels after delivery
  • Parcels were delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout
  • Lost parcels once handed over to Australia Post or other logistics partners

Once your parcel is scanned into the postal network, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

For concerns about a missing delivery, customers should lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post.
